OVERVIEW
Development happens in many different ways. Typically it starts with learning a new behavior or skill, recognizing how it can be applied in your organization, then having the opportunity to practice it yourself. I help provide this experience to organizations by creating in-person or virtual learning workshops and reinforcement strategies thereafter. Additionally, I develop measurement best practices to determine if the programs implemented were successful.
PROCESS
To identify the right courses for you, we will first discuss the desired outcome you’re looking to achieve. This is usually a business goal that your organization is working towards. From there, we identify the desired behaviors needed and possible challenges that could occur when delivering on that goal. Then we can build content to develop those skillsets with a recommendation of courses, timing, and delivery approach.
PLATFORM
I provide workshops that are virtual, in-person, and blended approaches. I’ll collaborate with you to determine the best approach based on the goals of the course, safety considerations, as well as dynamics of the participants.
